Location:

In the northern part of the settlement of Kallithea, very close to the center of the village and 500 meters from the central organized beach, is the plot on which the two-storey building where the apartment is located is being built. Kallithea is a modern commercial and cosmopolitan resort, well known for its historical and archaeological heritage, beautiful beaches and intense nightlife. The village has all the necessary infrastructure (stores, restaurants, coffee, bars) required for enjoyable and entertaining holidays and a comfortable stay throughout the whole year. The distance from the city of Thessaloniki and its airport is approximately 85 kilometres.

Interior:

 The apartment located in the second floor of the building is designed in modern lines, it is ideal to accommodate four people.
 It consists of a single space and has a living room, sleeping area, functional kitchen and bathroom. 

The floors are covered with large tiles, on the ceilings there is a construction of drywall where spotlights are installed for lighting the apartment. In the bathroom there is a shower and bathroom furniture with mirror.

Each apartment has air conditioning, solar water heater, kitchen furniture with electrical appliances, wardrobe and armored door.

Exterior:

Τhe entrance to the resindence is through an external staircase and common corridors between the buildings.
The apartment has access to his own private balcony with a view to the outside of the plot and to the extrenal.

in the central courtyard of the buildings there is a large communal swimming pool.
