In the northern part of the settlement of Kallithea, very close to the center of the village and 500 meters from the central organized beach, is the plot on which the two-storey building where the apartment is located is being built. Kallithea is a modern commercial and cosmopolitan resort, well known for its historical and archaeological heritage, beautiful beaches and intense nightlife. The village has all the necessary infrastructure (stores, restaurants, coffee, bars) required for enjoyable and entertaining holidays and a comfortable stay throughout the whole year. The distance from the city of Thessaloniki and its airport is approximately 85 kilometres.

The apartment located on the ground and first floor of the building is designed in modern lines, it is ideal to accommodate four people.

It consists of a single space and has a living room, sleeping area, functional kitchen and bathroom.
The floors are covered with large tiles, on the ceilings there is a construction of drywall where spotlights are installed for lighting the apartment. In the bathroom there is a shower and bathroom furniture with mirror.

Each apartment has air conditioning, solar water heater, kitchen furniture with electrical appliances, wardrobe and armored door.

The apartment has its own courtyard with direct access to the swimming pool and the outdoor areas of the complex.
The courtyard is covered with a permanent pergola for sun protection and between the apartments there are high partitions that offer privacy.
The entrance to the complex is through a corridor that leads to the swimming pool and the communal sunbathing area, located at the front of the building.
